Though SolarAPP+ is different from submitting plans, you simply answer project questions as you go through the platform, which allows for automated code compliance checks.
If you encounter any errors during plan review, SolarAPP+ details the issue, and provides in-line support, or a live technician, to get your permit application right.
Once information is entered and approved, you simply submit the permit payment, are issued a job card or permit that allows deployment, and receive an inspection checklist to get your project to completion faster.
Whether within the platform or through SolarAPP+ Assist—live sessions with a technical support specialist—our dedicated team is hard at work answering your questions.
Each update is made to make the installer experience more seamless. Recent improvements include enhanced form functionality, an easier-to-navigate jurisdiction management page, a more streamlined license management page, and the addition of reusable templates for faster project entry. And if you need to make an edit in the field, you can make free (up to 2) revisions.
Every month brings updates to SolarAPP+ making it easy to occasionally miss new features and support. We want to make sure you know that SolarAPP+ supports trenching if your project includes underground conductors, and projects that use meter collars can be submitted through SolarAPP+.
